As a family physician in this leadership role, you'll work with a Clinical Leadership team overseeing PRA-BC operations. Your responsibilities include applicant screening, quality assurance for clinical assessments, and nurturing critical partnerships with stakeholders. Your medical administration experience will support the growth and success of PRA-BC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen applicant suitability for the program - Oversee quality assurance for Clinical Field Assessments - Inform policies and tools for candidate evaluations - Cultivate partnerships to fulfill PRA-BC’s mission - Advise the Steering Committee on assessment improvements
Requirements: - Medical Degree and at least 3 years clinical experience - Leadership experience in medical administration - Knowledge of PRA-BC program and assessment roles - Full license with the College of Physicians in BC - Robust communication skills for presentations
