Conduct assessments and track progress for each resident
Collaborate on behavior support plans and safety measures

Requirements:
Two-year diploma or equivalent in relevant fields
Proven experience with support needs and attachment issues
Certifications in First Aid, CPR, and Mandt (training provided)
