In this role, you will partner with teams across production, quality, and supply chain to implement and optimize manufacturing processes. You’ll contribute to project designs, streamline workflows, and resolve production issues while ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality regulations.
Key Responsibilities: - Enhance manufacturing processes to reduce costs and boost quality - Support product design teams through process validation - Analyze and optimize production workflows - Implement Lean initiatives for waste reduction - Document and maintain standard operating procedures
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field - 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing settings - Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies - Solid analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to mentor junior engineers is a plus
