Responsibilities
- Maximize store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain exceptional product knowledge and awareness of industry trends.
- Provide a shopping experience that encourages responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity to build customer connections and loyalty.
- Foster teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.
- Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned.
