This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, operating in a fast-paced setting, and being part of a team that helps prepare and package quality food products for shipment to retailers across Canada.Good food requires good preparation — and that's why we need you. We are looking for reliable and adaptable team members who can support production line operations, assist with packaging, learn different workstations, and help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. The right candidate will be comfortable working on their feet, handling multiple tasks, and communicating respectfully in a team-based setting.

What You'll Do

- Package food products for shipment to retailers across Canada
- Assist line operators with process-related issues and basic equipment adjustments to support production efficiency
- Relieve team members as required for breaks, lunches, vacations, and absences
- Rotate through and learn multiple production line positions and workstations
- Support multiple production lines as operational needs require
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Follow all workplace safety, food safety, quality, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
- Communicate effectively and respectfully within a team-based environment
- Prioritize tasks,



manage multiple responsibilities, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting
- Perform additional duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous manufacturing and/or food production experience preferred
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in a food production environment preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, challenging, and changing environment
- Ability to learn multiple positions and adapt to varying assignments
- Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting and root cause problem-solving skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- CSA-approved safety footwear required
