Key Responsibilities:
Compile required documentation for the Order of the Day
Draft the meeting agenda as directed by council
Maintain accurate certified assembly minutes
Arrange for independent recording of proceedings
Process appeals for compliance with legislative standards
Requirements:
Understanding of legislative procedures and administrative practices
Robust organizational and communication abilities
Capacity to act with professionalism and confidentiality
Knowledge of Métis governance structures is an asset
Preference for MN-S Citizens
