In this role, you will lead two James Lind Alliance Priority Setting Partnerships from the Nuffield Department of Orthopaedics, Rheumatology and Musculoskeletal Sciences. Your core responsibilities include planning, scoping, and managing all facets of the projects.
You will work directly with various stakeholder groups to ensure adherence to project timelines and objectives while identifying and resolving potential issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute detailed project plans effectively
Work closely with Steering Groups and JLA Advisors
Monitor and report on project milestones and outcomes
Facilitate post-project reviews with a focus on learning
Ensure all work aligns with established JLA standards
Requirements:
Proven project management experience in research
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Experience with JLA protocols is an advantage
