Join Our Team as a Cleaner.

We are currently looking for a Cleaner for a 3-floor, low-rise commercial property in Vancouver . This will be a part-time position . The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the building's common areas and ensuring a clean and welcoming setting.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Cleaning of the commercial property
Replenish supplies such as soaps, paper towels and toilet paper
Cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, waxing floors and vacuuming
Cleaning spills, broken glass and other messes up as quickly as possible
Coordinating duties with other cleaners
Performing maintenance activities related to cleaning such as ensuring bathrooms are sanitary
Ordering current cleaning supplies as needed

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Cleaning experience is an asset
Reliable and a positive communicator
Excellent time management skills
Effective verbal and written communication in English




Must be proactive and be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Type: Part-time, Permanent

Pay rate: $450 per month

Schedule:
2 hour shift
Working hours: 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Start date: September 1

Experience:
Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: Vancouver, BC
