ComPsych is actively seeking licensed clinicians to join their Employee Assistance Program. This role involves providing short-term counseling services that address qualified and personal challenges faced by employees and their households. Clinicians will conduct assessments and provide effective coping strategies in a supportive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:



- Provide high-quality EAP counseling in-person to employees - Conduct intake assessments to identify client needs - Assist clients navigating mental health concerns and work-life balance - Document clinical findings in a timely manner - Collaborate with ComPsych for continuity of client care
