Our client, a company in the industrial sector (sales, rental, and repair of tanks, heavy-duty vehicle parts, etc.), is looking for a parts clerk.
You will interact with customers and mechanics to respond to their requests, locate the correct parts, prepare orders, and follow up on them.
Your Main Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
Search for parts and accessories on our e-commerce site
Advise customers and recommend parts and products suited to their needs
Prepare and manage parts orders
Prepare sales invoices

What we’re looking for
Experience as a parts clerk or parts advisor
Experience in the tanker or heavy-duty vehicle industry (a plus)
Experience with SAP and Excel
Fluency in spoken and written French; working knowledge of English (a plus)
