Key Responsibilities:
• Distribute assignments to desk appraisers and CAT adjusters
• Review estimates for program compliance and accuracy
• Collaborate with repair partners to foster positive relationships
• Monitor estimating platforms to uphold standards
• Assist in file escalations and support Claims Management team
Requirements:
• Experience in property claims and restoration
• Proficiency in Microsoft software suite
• Knowledge of construction estimating (an asset)
• Bilingual in English and French, particularly in writing
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
