As an experienced Welder/Fitter, you will engage in welding and fitting various custom metal structures while ensuring quality and precision. This role demands strong MIG and TIG welding skills, blueprint reading proficiency, and teamwork within a fast-paced shop. Your commitment to safety and craftsmanship will enhance our manufacturing operations significantly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Fit, align, tack, and weld components with accuracy
• Perform MIG and TIG welding on various materials




• Inspect finished products for compliance and quality
• Safely operate fabricating equipment and perform maintenance
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in welding/fabrication and fitting
• CWB Certification and/or Welder Trade Certification preferred
• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques
• Strong problem-solving and fitting skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently
