This position requires both technical expertise and a proactive mindset — someone who is comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with engineering, production, and procurement teams.What Will You DoProgramming, setting up, and operating CNC mills and lathes (3‑ and 4‑axis)Machining prototype and short‑run production parts to tight tolerancesInterpreting technical drawings and specifications to produce accurate componentsCollaborating with engineering on design considerations, materials, and manufacturabilityCommunicating with purchasing to support material procurement and project timelinesIdentifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and qualityPerforming routine maintenance and supporting preventative maintenance of equipmentMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspaceDocumenting work and communicating performance, challenges,
