The Branch Operations Manager works with the Branch Manager to organize, plan, and implement strategies in a Sherwin-Williams commercial paint store. This includes supporting all aspects of store operations, including customer service, marketing, merchandising, inventory, finances, and store safety. This role will assist in supervising and training store staff and be responsible for contacting customers to generate sales leads.Qualifications Minimum RequirementsMust be at least eighteen (18) years of ageMust be legally authorized to work in the country of employmentMust have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s LicenseMust have at least a High School diploma or GEDMust be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasionPreferred QualificationsHave at least one (1) year experience working in a retail, sales, or customer service position or have completed a Sherwin-Williams Management Training ProgramHave at least one (1) year of experience in leadership role(s), supervising others,
