Senior Manager, Growth MarketingResponsible for designing and executing top‑of‑funnel acquisition strategies for the future state bank entity, supporting the launch of new banking products and ensuring a cohesive customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and evolve the go‑to‑market acquisition strategy for recent banking products and future feature rollouts.Plan and execute growth and full‑funnel performance across all acquisition channels (SEO, search, paid media, referrals, website, etc.).Create acquisition offer strategies to generate and convert leads.Define a holistic paid‑channel strategy for campaigns and product launches, both offline and online.Brief agencies and produce best‑in‑class creatives.Translate marketing and business goals into actionable media campaigns with a focus on brand building and lead acquisition.Collaborate with Product Marketing on high‑priority audience segments and effective reach strategies.Work with Growth Media leads to ensure enterprise‑level media best practices.Optimize channel spend to maximize ROI and improve efficiency.Analyze campaign performance across paid and organic channels, report insights and learnings to stakeholders.Manage media budgets and plans to support tactical and budgetary decisions.Monitor the competitive landscape, identify trends, and recommend continuous improvements.Ensure all objectives are met and provide transparency on current projects.Manage and own the bank website, update content, and optimize placements.Initiate test‑and‑learn projects to boost lead generation and enhance customer experience.Brief internal and external partners on technical website requirements.Performance Monitoring & OptimizationDefine, drive,
and leverage data and analytics to optimize media performance across acquisition channels.Monitor attribution and analytics focused on business KPIs.Build measurement strategy across platforms and channels.Develop tagging specifications to support media measurement and optimization.Required Qualifications8+ years of digital acquisition experience, with platform media planning and buying an asset.Deep understanding of all acquisition channels and their role within the customer journey.Experience developing paid‑media strategies within multi‑channel initiatives.Proficient with reporting platforms such as Google Analytics and Amplitude.Strategic thinker who drives results to grow the business.Strong data analytics and strategic background.Excellent skill in identifying, documenting, and communicating insights and recommendations.Hands‑on experience in digital marketing project management.A self‑starter who takes ownership of tasks and drives projects to completion.Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.Curious, continuously learning, and up‑to‑date with emerging digital trends.Preferred QualificationsExperience in financial services.Experience with Google, Meta, Microsoft Ads, Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads, and DV360.Worked on large marketing accounts across multiple lines of business.Ad operations skills – tagging, troubleshooting, etc.CompensationBase salary range: $135,000 – $170,000.Total compensation will be commensurated with experience, skills and geographic location (Canada) and include a comprehensive benefits plan and bonus program for full‑time permanent roles.BenefitsHealth & wellbeing resources and programs.Paid vacation, personal, and sick days for work‑life balance.Competitive compensation and perks packages.Hybrid working environment – at least 3 days in office.Career growth and development opportunities.Opportunities to contribute to community causes.Diverse, inclusive and collaborative team environment.EEO StatementWe are an equal opportunity employer.
