Become a Level 2 Early Childhood Educator at the YMCA in Fort McMurray, Alberta. This part-time role champions the developmental needs of children aged 0-12.

As part of the YMCA team, you will facilitate engaging, high-quality programming that supports children, particularly those receiving FSCD funding. You'll implement individualized care strategies, document progress, and foster a sense of belonging and safety in your educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement approved curriculum for children's development
• Engage children with creative, interactive activities
• Document observations of children's growth and needs
• Support a compliant and safe setting based on regulations
• Communicate child development updates with parents

Requirements:
• Level 1, 2, or 3 Child Care Certification required
• Preferred experience with children with developmental disabilities
• Certified in Standard First Aid & CPR - C
• Must acquire a Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector
• Familiar with tablets and Microsoft Word applications
