In this up to 18-month contract position, you will report to the Manager of Retail Operations Planning. Your responsibilities include processing and tracking invoices, supporting budgeting for 690+ stores, and contributing to financial reporting. You will also develop databases and tools to monitor metrics such as sales and expenses.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and administering budgeting processes
• Process, reconcile, and track invoices accurately
• Conduct data analysis and implement process improvements
• Prepare presentations and business review materials
• Maintain databases for sales, labour, and expenses

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in finance or business
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of LCBO retail operations
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft PowerBI
• Solid communication skills for data presentation
