Dueck Auto Group is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Administrator with 1–2 years of experience. The role involves processing semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll for various employee types using Payworks, ensuring accuracy in earnings and deductions. You'll handle employee changes, terminations, and compliance with BC Employment Standards and CRA payroll regulations as part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll for salaried, hourly, and commissioned employees
• Review payroll information for accuracy and compliance
• Administer benefit enrollments and maintain records
• Respond to employee payroll and benefits inquiries
• Assist with year-end payroll activities, including T4 preparation
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of payroll and benefits administration experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with payroll systems; Payworks is an asset
• PCP designation progress is preferred
