Execute various learning and development programs, ensuring effective coordination of scheduling, enrolment, stakeholder communications, and reporting.
Maintain and administer learning platforms, evaluate learning solutions by data analysis, and monitor learning effectiveness and participation to support organizational capability building.
Provide logistic support for talent development initiatives.
Manage external learning and event partners, overseeing vendor selection and performance to ensure quality and value.
Develop and implement employee engagement, wellbeing, and recreational initiatives that foster collaboration, connection, and a positive workplace culture within the Regional Office.
Champion diversity and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, fostering an inclusive workplace culture while strengthening the organization's social impact.
Gather and analyze employee feedback and engagement insights to identify trends, recommend improvements, and enhance the overall employee experience.
Requirements University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines is preferred
Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in MNC
A proactive, accountable mindset — you take ownership and enjoy trying something new
Outgoing, agile, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
Excellent command of both written & spoken in English
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Visual communication or design skills a plus
