Make a meaningful impact in Current Britain, CT, as a Direct Support Professional in a hybrid role. Support individuals with intellectual disabilities in both residential and community settings.

In this full-time hybrid position, you will begin each shift in a residential facility, providing direct care and personal support, then transition to community-based day programs. Your role encompasses assisting with daily living activities, emotional well-being, and social skills development. This position is ideal for someone caring, adaptable, and eager to contribute positively to the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct care in residential and day program settings
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities
• Support emotional well-being and social skills




• Transport individuals to community activities and programs
• Document participant changes while ensuring record confidentiality

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with good record
• Ability to complete CPR, First Aid, and other training
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with individuals with disabilities preferred
