Reporting to the Store Manager, you will take charge of product merchandising, ensuring that every display reflects the Roots ethos. Your role is pivotal in training staff on company merchandising standards while maintaining a visually appealing sales workplace. In addition, you will oversee seasonal changes and enhance customer experiences through strategic product placements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage stock team for efficient displays
• Foster collaboration with Store Managers for staff training
• Ensure sales-driven visual merchandising standards
• Conduct monthly and weekly store presentations
• Supervise stockroom systems and replenishment
Requirements:
• Strong fashion sense and design understanding
• Retail apparel environment experience necessary
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and handle 25 lbs
