Job Title: Test Centre AdministratorLocation: On‑site at the Hamilton Campus, 20 Hughson St S, Suite 800, Hamilton ON L8N 2A1Hours: Part time. Schedule between Monday and Saturday, 7:00am – 6:00pm. Exact hours may vary; flexibility is requiredto meet scheduling needs.Start Date: June01,2026Compensation: $17.60 per hourResponsibilitiesGreet all individuals upon arrival and answer incoming phone calls.Ensure candidates store personal belongings in lockers before taking exams and are aware of testing room rules.Open all exams each day, turn on monitors in the testing room, and print the daily candidate schedule.Complete Candidate Testing Regulation Forms with the appropriate testing information.Enforce testing client rules and regulations for each test.Proctor exams by walking through the test centre every ten minutes (or as required) to ensure no prohibited items are present.Sign in and direct all testing students to their workstations, answering any questions before, during, and after exams.Perform other duties as assigned,
