Wage: starting at $21/hour, performance-based

Requirements

We’re seeking trained Journeyman-certified Barbers or Hair Stylists, or those completing Apprenticeship. We want individuals with:

- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
- In-depth industry knowledge and trend awareness
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Flexibility for Shift Work

Responsibilities

- Demonstrate high-quality technical skill in all areas of cutting (clipper cuts with fades, natural necklines, texturizing, and client-specific customization)
- Maximize retail opportunities through chair education with guests
- Provide great customer service consistently
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time-management and ability to juggle priorities
- Collaborate as part of the shop leadership team
- Participate in barber recruitment, retention, training, and management
- Retail and sales education with all team members
- Weekly and monthly reporting (Sales, KPIs, Payroll, etc.)
- Execute national promotions and campaigns
- Other duties as outlined by the Business Owner and/or Regional Manager
