This role offers the chance to support senior leaders, coordinate governance activities, and manage relationships across departments. As part of a hybrid working workplace, your organizational skills will play a key role in maintaining effective governance and advancing Jack.org’s initiatives for youth mental health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and manage the President & CEO's calendar
• Organize Board meetings, agendas, and action items
• Proofread and format executive communications and reports
• Maintain governance records and coordinate training
• Support executive projects and strategic initiatives
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in executive or governance roles
• Background in nonprofit governance is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and time management
• Proficient in tools like Asana and Slack
