The team at ECC is committed to delivering exceptional service, communication, and quality workmanship with every project.ECC is currently looking for an experienced Landscaping Lead to join our growing Calgary operations.This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality work, can manage a crew efficiently, and has strong experience in landscape construction.What We’re Looking For:Minimum 2 years experience in landscape construction (lead hand level preferred)Strong experience with:Sod installationTree and shrub plantingExperience directing crew and coordinating materials/logisticsExperience operating mini skid steers (Bobcat mini experience is an asset)Ability to read grades, plans,
