Job Title: Project ManagerLocation: London ON Canada + potential travel to UK and USAHours: 40 hrs per week (Mon to Fri) based on-siteVacancy Type: Full-time, PermanentSalary:$100,000 - $120,000 CDN (subject to experience) + Bonuses + BenefitsJoin Our Team as a Project Manager at NP Aerospace!The JobWe are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to lead complex defence projects involving engineering development, prototyping, and production delivery.This role is suited to an experienced, self-directed professional who can take ownership of projects with minimal guidance and drive them from initiation through to completion. You will operate in a fast-paced, technically demanding workplace where priorities shift and requirements may not always be fully defined at the outset.You will work closely with cross-functional teams - including Engineering, Production, Quality, and Business Development from both our Canadian and UK offices - while also acting as a key point of contact for our Canadian Armed Forces and original equipment manufacturers.You will be part of a small but growing Canadian team that takes pride in delivering high quality products and solutions that make a real difference to global defence forces.This posting is for an existing vacancy.We may use automated tools, including AI enabled screening, to support parts of the recruitment process. and maintain momentum across competing deliverables in a fast-paced environment.Work with Engineers anddesigners in the definition and capture of engineering requirements,defined through work breakdown structures and compliance charts.Preparing draftevaluation plans, criteria and evaluation schedules.Developing, planning,analyzing, evaluating and prioritizing deliverables and requirements.Provision of robustmanagement information reporting on progress both internally andexternally.Development andmaintenance of Project Management Plans and associated governancedocumentation to ensure the continued viability of the project.Maintain a clear,comprehensive understanding of the risks and opportunities for allallocated projects and a transparent understanding of necessary actions tofollow up as appropriate.Ownership of thefinancial budget, tracking cost performance through earned valuemanagement, and forecasting future risks and opportunities.Assuming leadership atthe appropriate phases of planning, action and evaluation.The above statements are not an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities.A flexible approach will berequired to deal with the changing nature of the job and the demands of thecustomer.Our team embraces modern technologies, including AI-assisted tools, to work smarter and deliver better results. The successful candidate must be comfortabletaking initiative, making decisions, and driving progress independently.E xperience requiredPost-secondary education(university degree or college diploma).Minimum 5 years of applied experience as a Project Manager.A high level oftechnical proficiency underpinned by formal technical/engineeringqualifications.Thisrole requires a highly autonomous project manager who can take ownershipof complex,
