Position Summary - The ReservationsAgent is responsible to assist guests with planning and booking reservationsfor the resort
Pay for this position is $21.00 per hour.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answerall incoming calls with courtesy and ensure efficient resolution of all guestinquiries
- Makeroom reservations and answer quest inquiries
- Inputreservations into PMS system
- Learnand become a master of the property PMS system
- Understandall rooms types and what each room has to offer including the views
- Fullyunderstand the Resort property in order to recommend activities
- Co-operate and accept other assignments as and whenrequired.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Working knowledge of office equipment such as copier,printer, and scanner.
