Key Responsibilities:
• Promote resident-centered care and service excellence
• Help residents with daily living tasks discreetly
• Maintain accurate care documentation and reports




• Observe and track residents’ overall well-being
• Ensure safety and adherence to health policies
Requirements:
• Health Care Aide certificate and Grade 10 education
• Registered with Alberta's College of LPNs and HCAs
• Previous health care experience preferred
• Strong observation and communication skills
• Ability to manage a physically and mentally active role
