This role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to multiple DVPs and the broader team, including preparing sales and asset reports, managing communications, maintaining databases, and coordinating meetings and schedules. The position also supports marketing and business development activities, such as organizing national dealer events, managing promotional materials, preparing updates, and assisting with expense and activity reporting.ResponsibilitiesProvide complete administration duties assistance to the DVP as well as supporting the team, including some aspects of Business Development Manager rolePrepare dealer sales and asset reportsAnswer calls and correspondenceCoordinate marketing materials, speakers, attendees, booths, and presentations for national dealer eventsOrganize and account for promotional itemsComplete expense reports and assist with activity reports for DVP(s)Summarize product and marketing updatesReview and distribute monthly reports to key dealer contactsMaintain contact databaseSchedule appointments and meetingsMay require attending marketing functions and activities which extend beyond normal office hoursQualifications1-2 years industry experience as an administrative assistantCollege diploma would be an assetSecurities Industry certifications a plusFluent in computer skills (MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint)Excellent time management and organizational skillsGood understanding of administrative and client servicesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAble to work in a team environmentMay require attending marketing functions and activities which extend beyond normal office hoursCompensation & BenefitsThe anticipated base salary range for this position is $42,500 to $71,000. Salary may vary based on geographic location.
