More information about what we do can be found on our website at www.Eurospectooling.ComRoles & ResponsibilitiesResolve quality issues by identifying problems, establishing root cause using proven techniques, examining solution options, implementing action plans, and facilitating provided resources of the corrective action team members.Prepare & provide training of floor level instructions to all levels of the organization.Champion preparation of core documentation for PPAP’s (PSW, DOCP, Initial Process Studies, GR&R; , Functional & Dimensional Reports etc.)



Track & report progress towards realization of APQP targets & requirements including revalidation plan.Work with the QA Manager to define product inspection strategy and gauging requirements and calibration requirements for all assigned projects in accordance with customer requirements and product specifications.Develop and effectively implement inspection documentation (IPI sheets, gage instructions, rework instructions, GP12 Instructions etc.)Participate in the development & maintenance of quality systems and procedures including becoming an active member of the Internal Audit Team.Continuously strive to meet the strategic plan and objectives set by the Quality Assurance Manager.QualificationsPost-Secondary Diploma or Degree in relevant fieldMinimum three years’ experience in an automotive manufacturing workplaceValid certification as a IATF16949 Internal AuditorWelding & progressive stamping technology preferred.Thorough understanding of OEM customer specific and AIAG requirements including Automotive Core ToolsGood interpersonal & communication skills; Team playerHighlyfocused on results & objectiveJob Types: Permanent, Full-timePay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per yearApplication question(s):Do you have automotive industry experience?Work Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
