Sensity offers a full-time Intervenor position in Brantford, Ontario, aimed at enhancing the lives of deafblind individuals. Your role will focus on facilitating communication and supporting daily activities.

This contract role involves working closely with individuals who experience dual sensory impairments, helping them navigate life with confidence. You will have a versatile schedule, covering various shifts while receiving comprehensive in-house training to aid you in your duties. The position promises personal satisfaction through direct client engagement and support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support clients in their home and community settings
• Utilize effective communication techniques
• Assist clients with daily living tasks,



including personal care
• Document client progress and program engagement
• Collaborate on individual development goals

Requirements:
• Diploma or certificate in a relevant field required
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities
• Clean Class G driver's license and vehicle access required
• Communication skills in ASL or SEE are a plus
• Capability to lift moderate weights as necessary
