In this pivotal position, you will report to the Manager of Water & Waste and support the Senior Management Team. This role emphasizes the strategic management of assets, ensuring maximal efficiency and adherence to planned objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the Asset Management Plan and registry updates
• Lead field assessments and conduct life cycle cost analyses
• Facilitate the Asset Management Committee’s functions
• Develop infrastructure integrity reports and annual assessments
• Liaise with external partners for infrastructure projects
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering/Technology
• 3-5 years experience in municipal asset management
• Proficient in asset management software and GIS
• Solid analytical skills in Excel and databases
• Valid Class 5 Manitoba driver’s license
