Empower children ages 5-12 in a part-time, School Age Leader role at YMCA Rayleigh Elementary. Support children's growth with engaging programs and inclusive activities.

This position offers 17.5 hours weekly, predominantly in the afternoons, with opportunities to work during breaks. You will design curricula, lead fun activities, and provide individualized support. Building solid relationships and aiding children in conflict resolution are central to this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality, age-appropriate programs
• Facilitate engaging and inclusive activities
• Mentor new staff and volunteers effectively
• Foster positive community and family partnerships
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment

Requirements:
• At least 19 years of age
• Experience in child care for ages 5-12
• Ability to lead and engage in activities
• Solid communication skills and reliability
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification
