Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily HACCP monitoring and verification tasks
• Conduct Pre-Operational inspections and equipment sanitation
• Identify and address non-compliance in processes and products
• Verify label compliance and monitor outbound product quality
• Support third-party and internal audits
Requirements:
• High School Diploma; experience in quality control preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Understanding of QA systems, HACCP, and GFSI
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
