Key Responsibilities Manage and respond to client inquiries and support requests across multiple channels.
Resolve complex client issues by investigating root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Provide clients with detailed information on services, policies, and procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and interaction logs in the CRM system.




Liaise with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of client concerns.
