Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve well-balanced meals for residents
• Follow nutritional guidelines per doctor's orders
• Manage large-scale food production and meal preparation
• Support team members in delivering a resident-centered experience
• Uphold quality standards in service to residents
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
• Strong communication skills and teamwork
• Familiarity with therapeutic diet preparations
• Experience in kitchen leadership preferred
• Capability to lift up to 35lbs
