Join GTAA as an Associate Director in Real Estate Development and Leasing, overseeing strategic initiatives to advance Toronto Pearson's commercial real estate portfolio. This hybrid position is fundamental in maximizing asset performance and revenue growth.

In this role, you will report to the Director and engage in developing and implementing innovative strategies. Your responsibilities will encompass commercial leasing, financial performance analysis, and managing high-level stakeholder relationships. You will lead a team while ensuring efficient decision-making and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute real estate strategies that optimize asset value
• Lead leasing, acquisitions, and business development initiatives




• Ensure financial performance through budgeting and planning
• Negotiate and manage complex real estate transactions
• Foster relationships with tenants and industry partners

Requirements:
• 10+ years in commercial real estate
• Leadership experience managing teams for 6+ years
• Robust financial analysis and budgeting skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
• Ontario G Driver's Licence required
