Take the lead as a Crew Leader with Wright Tree Service of Canada and enhance your skills in tree management. This position places a solid emphasis on safety and operational excellence.

In this role, you will guide your team in adhering to company policies, performing risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations. You will also support your crew and assist the General Foreperson in production goals, while participating in necessary competency reviews for apprentices. Travel may be required based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct safety briefings and training for the crew
• Support project execution and monitor daily goals
• Review hazards and safety requirements for each job




• Ensure accurate completion of documentation
• Mentor and supervise apprentices and new workers

Requirements:
• 3+ years in tree trimming or clearing experience
• Valid Certified Utility Arborist certification needed
• First-aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Capacity to handle outdoor work in diverse conditions
