• Conduct training sessions for new team members
• Carry out water-based interviews for recent instructors

Requirements:
• Must hold National Lifeguard Certification
• First Aid and CPR/AED Level C certification required
• Dependable and enthusiastic team member
• Positive and proactive work approach
• Bonus: Experience in competitive swimming is a plus
