• Implement the HR technology roadmap with platform sequencings
• Redesign HR workflows for AI automation readiness
• Guide the Workday migration and AI tool deployment

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar
• 10+ years of HRIS experience, including leadership
