Become a pivotal part of the University of Toronto Mississauga as the Research & Innovation Coordinator. This full-time role involves engaging stakeholders, translating complex technical information, and ensuring lab safety compliance.

As the Coordinator for RICore at UofT Mississauga, you’ll build and manage relationships with external audiences, industries, and community organizations. Your expertise in research facilities will enable you to communicate technical capabilities effectively. You’ll collaborate closely with researchers and facility managers to attract new users and partnerships while fostering innovation in the Peel Region.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze lab reports and draft funding application content
• Edit and refine funding application submissions
• Provide safety training and ensure lab compliance




• Serve as a resource for job-related non-supervisory guidance
• Build relationships with external partners and clients

Requirements:
• Master's Degree or relevant equivalent experience
• Experience in a research facility or research administration
• Solid stakeholder engagement and partnership management skills
• Effective communication of technical content to non-specialists
• Knowledge of lab safety standards and compliance frameworks
