This role will work closely with stakeholders to capture workflows, develop process maps and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and help ensure documentation remains clear, accurate, and accessible as processes evolve.This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is interested in business operations, process improvement,



and organizational effectiveness.What You’ll DoStakeholder Coordination & Information GatheringCoordinate meetings and interviews with stakeholders to gather information on business processes and workflowsBuild collaborative relationships across teams to support documentation effortsAct as a point of contact for follow‑ups and process clarificationProcess Documentation & MappingAssist in documenting current‑state processes using process maps, flowcharts, and written narrativesTranslate stakeholder input into clear, structured documentationCapture process steps, decision points, roles, and system interactions accuratelySOP Development & Documentation ManagementSupport the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures and related materialsEnsure documentation is clear, consistent, and aligned with business standardsMaintain organized documentation repositories with proper version control and accessibilityProcess Review & Continuous ImprovementAssist with process reviews to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunitiesUpdate documentation to reflect process changes and enhancementsHelp maintain accuracy and relevance of operational materials over timeChange Management & Communication SupportSupport communication and awareness efforts related to updated processes and documentationPartner with Change Management and business teams to encourage process adoptionHelp ensure documentation is user‑friendly and easily accessibleWhat You’ll Bring to the TableStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to translate information into clear, concise documentationStrong written and verbal communication skillsAnalytical mindset with curiosity and willingness to ask questionsAbility to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholdersBasic understanding of process mapping concepts or willingness to learnProficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPointEducation + ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field0–2 years of experience in operations, administration, or business support rolesExposure to documenting processes or workflows in academic or professional settings is preferredExperience in Financial Services, Consulting, or Retail is an asset but not requiredReady to leadIf you’re interested in process improvement, operational excellence, and building strong documentation practices, this is a great opportunity to grow your career and make an impact.Committed to Equal OpportunityMFSG is committed to accommodating applicants up to the point of undue hardship during the recruitment, assessment and selection process.
