As a Lead Caregiver, you serve as the shift leader, ensuring exceptional, consistent resident care while coaching and supporting the caregiving team.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage
- Provide hands‑on ADL support when needed
- Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality, and documentation standards
- Review charting and ensure alignment with Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
- Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly
- Support onboarding and mentor current team members
- Promote safety, compliance, and smooth shift transitions.



You are both a working caregiver and a frontline leader modeling professionalism, accountability, and compassionate service.

What We’re Looking For:

- High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
- CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications
- Strong communication, delegation, and decision‑making skills
- Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care

Pay Range

19.45 - 24.35
