The Opportunity
At Passion Dental, our RDAs play an important role in creating exceptional experiences for both patients and clinical teams. You’ll work alongside Dentists and other clinical professionals to provide high-quality patient care while helping create an efficient, positive and welcoming clinical environment.

Our clinics offer a variety of practice environments, specialties, team structures and schedules, so there may be an prospect that fits what you’re looking for — whether that’s full-time, part-time, a new clinical environment or an opportunity to grow your skills.

As an RDA with Passion Dental, you will:

Provide chairside support to Dentists during a variety of procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
Take and develop dental radiographs as required
Support infection prevention and control protocols
Assist with sterilization and instrument processing
Prepare materials and equipment for procedures
Support patient flow and contribute to an exceptional patient experience




Educate patients on post-treatment instructions and oral health practices
Work collaboratively with Dentists, Hygienists, Administrators and other team members
Contribute to a positive and supportive clinic culture
Continue developing your clinical skills through training, mentorship and learning opportunities

Confident working in a fast-paced clinical environment
A strong communicator and team player
Comfortable anticipating the needs of the Dentist and clinical team
Committed to infection prevention and maintaining high clinical standards
Positive, adaptable and willing to learn
Proud of the work you do and the experience you create for patients

Experience in a particular specialty is an asset, but we’re also interested in RDAs who are eager to learn and grow their skills.

What You Bring
Registration as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in Alberta
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong clinical and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A commitment to providing exceptional patient care




The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
A willingness to learn and adapt in a growing organization
