As Band Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Chief and Council to supervise all program Directors and ensure the effective implementation of strategies and policies. Utilize your expertise in First Nation issues and management to enhance governance and administrative functions. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to community service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise program Directors for the First Nation
• Oversee budgets, services, and personnel
• Develop and implement strategies and business plans




• Build effective relationships with community members
• Collaborate with external organizations for enhanced management

Requirements:
• Knowledge of First Nation’s issues
• Post-secondary training in relevant fields
• At least five years of managerial experience
• Robust interpersonal and computer skills
• Ability to create and manage programs
