Key Responsibilities:
• Support individuals to achieve learning and employment ambitions
• Role model and coach for personal development
• Modify activities based on client needs for inclusive experiences




• Prepare guidelines and reports on client progress
• Develop individual programs with measurable success metrics

Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in Community Social Services
• Experience in employment counseling or related fields
• Clean Class 5 BC Driver's License
• Vehicle required for transporting clients
• First aid certification including CPR/AED
