As the Associate Director, you will play a vital role in providing operational leadership across all housing services. Your responsibilities include overseeing service standards, managing staff, and ensuring the implementation of trauma-informed, resident-centered practices. Establishing collaborative partnerships will be key to achieving housing stability and community support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead operational plans in line with strategic priorities
• Ensure integration of supportive housing services
• Supervise and mentor resident service teams




• Monitor key performance indicators for continuous improvement
• Engage with community partners for effective service delivery

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Social Work or related field
• 3 to 5 years supervisory experience in housing services
• Strong financial and project management abilities
• Knowledge of Housing First and trauma-informed care
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
