Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full customer contract lifecycle across the Americas
• Provide legal advice on data protection within SaaS agreements
• Support internal documentation and contract systems
• Lead training sessions on legal compliance topics
• Conduct monitoring of relevant legal developments
Requirements:
• J.D. or LL.B. and membership in a Bar Association
• 5+ years of experience in tech law or SaaS environments
• Familiarity with U.S. and EU privacy laws
• Robust experience in negotiating enterprise contracts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
