Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor junior legal talent
• Develop and implement new legal tools
• Advise on contract negotiations and risk assessments
• Conduct training for the legal team and the business
• Handle routine and complex legal matters responsibly
Requirements:
• 7+ years of legal experience preferred
• Accredited law degree and active practice license
• Global organizational experience is an asset
• Skills in negotiating EPC and EPCM contracts
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
