Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate independence in daily activities
• Provide emotional and personal care support
• Advocate for inclusion and community participation
• Implement individualized care plans effectively
• Encourage self-expression and personal growth
Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Services or equivalent training
• At least one year of relevant work experience
• Understanding of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and personal vehicle
• Current First Aid/CPR and Mandt certifications
